June was born on June 18, 1932 and left us to join her heavenly father on January 4, 2017.

June grew up in Ukiah, attended Ukiah schools until her high school at a Christian boarding school in Canyonville, Oregon. There she met her husband William Rose and they were married February 2, 1951.

She enjoyed a life as a pastor’s wife in multiple towns in Oregon, and a short time in California. Since 1999 they have been managing a 55 and older manufactured home park in Corvallis Oregon.

She is survived by her devoted husband of nearly 66 years, Bill; her eldest daughter Karen Smith and husband Steve; her youngest daughter, Linda Brous and her husband Gary. Surviving grandchildren include Aaron Smith, his wife Lena; Ryan Smith, wife Kristen; Keith Brous, his wife Robyn; Amber Mohler , her husband Tim. They also have 7 great grandchildren. Her sisters Phyllis Gallo of Ukiah and her youngest sister, Joanne Roberson from Salem, also survive her.
